Who We Are
Tiny Home Builders California is a California-based home building company co-founded by Sergiy and Eugene B. We specialize in tiny homes on wheels, park model homes, accessory dwelling units, prefab homes, and custom residential builds.
We’re not a franchise. We’re not a reseller. We’re a builder-owned company with a California contractor’s license, a crew we’ve trained ourselves, and a reputation we’ve earned one home at a time — serving clients from San Diego to Sacramento and everywhere in between.
Our Story
In 2001, Sergiy and Eugene B were working in California’s construction industry and seeing the same problem over and over: families and individuals who needed quality, affordable housing but kept running into builders who overpromised, underdelivered, or disappeared halfway through a project.
California’s housing crisis wasn’t just a headline to them. It was something they watched their own neighbors struggle with — rising costs, shrinking options, and a building industry that too often treated small projects as an afterthought.
So they made a decision. Instead of waiting for someone else to fix it, they’d build the company they wished existed: one where the owners answer the phone, visit every job site, and never hand a client a bill with surprises on it. That’s how Tiny Home Builders California started — not with a business plan, but with a belief that every Californian deserves a builder they can trust.
